Billing
Clear before you pay
Current rate
Your invoice identifies the services and rate in effect when you purchase.
Price changes
Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' written notice before a recurring price change takes effect.
Cancellation
Cancel any time. Service remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Returning customers
Canceled or terminated accounts return at current prices. A rebuild after menu data is deleted is billed at the current setup fee.
Prices shown are Rail.menu's current standard prices for new purchases as of September 25, 2026. Promotional or customer-specific prices may differ. Prices may change under the Rail.menu Terms of Service. Rail.menu is a product of Legacy Sync LLC, which issues all invoices.
Common questions
Does one subscription cover brunch, happy hour, and dinner menus?
Yes. One venue subscription includes that location's regular menus and dayparts, including food and beverage sections. A standalone event, pop-up, or private-dinner menu with its own URL, QR code, branding, or publishing window is quoted separately.
Can the monthly price change?
Yes. The invoice shows your current rate. Legacy Sync may change recurring fees with at least 30 days' written notice, effective with a future billing cycle. You may cancel before a new rate takes effect.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Standard subscriptions are month to month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. To cancel, email support@rail.menu from your account or billing email. A returning customer signs up at the prices then in effect.
What happens if an invoice is more than 30 days past due?
Legacy Sync may suspend or terminate the service. Promotional or special pricing ends, and pending or unused referral credits expire. Reactivation is subject to current pricing and any applicable setup or reactivation fee.
Do you provide photography?
No. We do not offer photography or photo shoots. Setup includes matching and tagging illustrative images from our stock library, or we use the photos you supply. Stock images may not show your exact drink or dish. If you want custom images, the optional Generated Image Pack creates AI-generated illustrations, not photographs.
What if our menu has more than 100 items?
Setup includes flavor profiles and pairings for up to 100 menu items, food and beverage combined. Each distinct item counts once, even if it is offered by the glass and the bottle or appears in more than one section. Each started block of 50 additional items is added to the setup invoice at the Flavor Population Pack rate, currently $150, so 101 to 150 items adds one block. We count your items and show the total on the invoice before you pay.
Is there a reactivation fee?
Not if you return while your menu data is still stored, normally within 30 days of cancellation or termination. After that, rebuilding the menu is billed at the current setup fee. Either way, the returning subscription uses current pricing.
Are optional services charged automatically?
No. Optional work is priced and approved in writing before it begins.
