Rail.menu

Knowledgeable cocktail menus

Stop explaining
your menu.

Your cocktail program is worth more than three words and a price. Rail.menu puts your bartender's knowledge on every guest's phone - tasting notes, flavor profiles, and food pairings - before they ask. Built in Middle Tennessee for serious beverage programs in Nashville, Franklin, and beyond.

What this does for your guests

Flavor at a glance

Every drink plots on a visual diagram - smoky to bright, spirit-forward to refreshing. Guests arrive knowing what they want. When they do have a question, it's the good kind - not “which one's less sweet.”

Guided selection

Indecisive guests tap a few preferences - spirit, sweetness, strength - and the menu narrows itself. They arrive at a choice they're already excited about. Your bartender gets to talk about why it's great, not what it is.

One scan, your brand

Guests scan, your bar's menu opens in their browser - your colors, your wordmark, your photography. No app store. No third party between you and your guest. The first thing they see is you.

Readable anywhere

Dark booth, outdoor patio, readers left in the car - one tap of the + button and the whole menu scales up instantly. The preference sticks, so guests who need it never have to tap again. Fewer uncomfortable table moments.

Speaks their language

The menu app speaks Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese out of the box - guests see filter labels, tabs, and pairings in their browser language. Your drink names stay in your voice; we localize those with you when you're ready.

Found on Google

The menu Google actually wants

Google Business Profiles now favor a real, readable menu link over a PDF - and you add the link itself, not a QR image. Your Rail.menu menu is exactly that: a live, structured page Google can read, so guests find your drinks straight from Maps and Search.

A link, not a PDF

Google can read a Rail.menu page and surface you for specific drink searches. It can't do that with the PDF most bars upload.

Add the link, not the QR

Drop your Rail.menu URL straight into your Business Profile's menu section - the artifact Google wants - and turn Maps views into orders.

Stays fresh

New cocktail photography each month keeps your profile active - the kind of freshness Google rewards, handled for you.

Built for serious beverage programs

Rail.menu is built for bars with a beverage director, a seasonal rotation, and a house syrup or two. If your cocktail program is a point of pride - not an afterthought - this is for you.

Questions we get on most demos

Do guests need to download anything?

No. The menu opens in any phone browser the moment they scan. Nothing to install, nothing to sign in to.

What if our Wi-Fi goes down?

The menu loads over guest cellular - not your network. If a guest is on your Wi-Fi, fine. If they're not, it still works.

Can our team update without going through you?

Yes. Your staff can add drinks, update descriptions, and mark items unavailable directly in the admin panel. Seasonal redesigns come through us.

What about international guests?

The menu interface automatically displays in each guest's browser language - tabs, flavor labels, food pairings, and UI text. We currently support English plus Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese. Drink names, descriptions, tasting notes, and other operator-authored content stay in the venue's voice unless the venue chooses to localize them.

Do you work with Nashville and Franklin restaurants?

Yes. Rail.menu is built by Legacy Sync in Middle Tennessee and is currently focused on bars, cocktail programs, wineries, breweries, and restaurants in the Nashville and Franklin area.

Is pricing fixed?

Pricing is quoted by conversation because each program needs a different mix of initial menu build, monthly subscription, seasonal refreshes, and optional photography. We walk through the menu first, then quote the pieces you actually need.

“I go out to try new cocktail programs - new seasonal builds, new takes on classics. But too often the menu is three words and a price. My wife would spend half the evening not sure what she wanted, and the bartender would walk through the same five drinks for the fourth time that shift. Rail.menu is what I kept wishing was on the table.”

- Brent Balog, founder

Rail.menu is built by a local software founder with about 30 years in IT, SaaS, and web applications. It is purpose-built hospitality software, not a disposable AI website.
